All our products are digital downloads — no physical shipping is involved. Here’s how delivery works.

When you’ll receive your purchase

Instantly. The moment your payment is confirmed, you’ll get:

• A direct download link on the order-received page.
• The same link emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• Permanent access via your account at any time afterward.

Where to look

1. Check the order-received page that opens after checkout — your downloads are listed there.
2. Check your email inbox for “Your order has been received”.
3. If it’s not in the inbox, check spam / promotions — first-time-customer emails sometimes land there. Add our domain to your contacts to fix it for future orders.

Troubleshooting

I never received the email

Check spam, then log in to your account → Orders to access the download link directly. Still missing? Email [email protected] with your order number.

The download link expired

Log in to your account → Orders → click the download link there. Account links don’t expire.

The PDF won’t open

Try a different reader — Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Apple Preview, or any modern web browser will open it. If a specific page is corrupt, contact us for a replacement.

I bought a course but it’s still “Processing”

Course access is provisioned within minutes of purchase. If 30 minutes have passed and you still see “Processing”, email [email protected] with your order number.
