How will I receive my purchase?

Instantly. The moment payment clears, your download link appears on the order-received page and is also sent to your email.

What format are the books in?

High-resolution PDFs, optimised for desktop, tablet, and phone. Searchable, copyable, printable. They open in any modern PDF reader.

Can I read the courses on mobile?

Yes — courses stream on any device with a modern browser: phone, tablet, laptop. Pick up where you left off on any of them.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime. PDFs are yours to keep forever. Courses include lifetime access including any future updates we publish at no extra cost.

Can I share my purchase with a colleague?

No — your purchase is licensed for personal, single-user use. If your team needs access for multiple people, contact us about institutional licensing.

Do you offer refunds?

If a product is not as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer support with your order number and reason. See the Refund Policy for the full details and required information.

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed by Stripe — the same provider used by Shopify, Lyft, and millions of other businesses. We never see or store your full card details.

Do you offer institutional or bulk pricing?

Yes. Email us with the title and number of seats and we’ll send a quote.
